Why Georgetown?: The Georgetown program offered everything I was looking for in a residency; multiple training facilities (including a high volume center), strong faculty, a PGY-3 format, happy residents, and an approachable and respected PD. The emphasis on Disaster Management and pediatrics exposure impressed me. Additionally, the 1:1 resident to faculty ratio can’t be beat.
