Kathryn Voss, MD

Dr. Voss is the current Program Director for the Emergency Ultrasound Program. She is from Alexandria, VA and attended medical school at Georgetown University School of Medicine. She then stayed with MedStar Georgetown University/Washington Hospital Center for her emergency medicine residency and subsequent emergency ultrasound fellowship. Dr. Voss is also a part of the residency team where she serves as the site director for the emergency rotations at Georgetown University emergency department. She splits her time working clinically at both Georgetown and Washington Hospital Center. Her passions include integrating ultrasound into clinical shifts and medical education. Outside of work she enjoys her two kids, her bernadoodle Ruby, close family members, and traveling.
